Challenges
In 2019, a client approached us requesting support in managing and accounting for their internal loyalty program. The program was tripartite in nature, involving collaboration between the Client, Supplier, and Dealer, and operated in 11 countries.
After reviewing the client’s requirements, we identified the need to automate processes and develop a dedicated informational and administrative platform that would streamline program management and data updates.
Goal
- Support for the client’s international management team (Marketing, Sales, Accounting departments)
- Centralized settlement processing, including the generation of files and reports based on uploaded data – IT platform
- Internal communication within the platform
Implementation
- Dedicated team of Project Managers
- Customized informational and database system, known as the Dashboard IT platform, supporting the program simultaneously across 11 countries
- Management of bonuses and percentages in accordance with individual policies
- Streamlined online communication (available in Polish and English)

- The Dashboard platform has become the most up-to-date database, among other things, allowing the generation of various reports that facilitate the work of Managers across the network;
- Integration with other Client systems – the Dashboard platform has become a data source powering other systems and Client websites (Dealer network map, Dealer Intranet).
